(i) Section 106 of the Railway Act, 1989 : A person shall apply to Dy. CCM (Claims) Office personally or by post within a period of 6 months in the prescribed Application Form (click here).

(i) Section 106 of the Railway Act, 1989 : A person shall apply to Dy. CCM (Claims) Office personally or by post within a period of 6 months in the prescribed Application Form (click here).

(i) Section 16 of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987 : A person shall apply to the Railway Claims Tribunal with a period of 1 year from the date of incident/ accident in the prescribed Form (click here) with necessary documents.
