AZonal Railway Users’ Consultative Committee ( ZRUCC) is functioning to give suggestion at Zonal level. Similarly, at divisional level a Divisional Railway Users’ Consultative Committee (DRUCC) is functioning.

and other bodies constituted

Formal and Informal Consultative Committee of Hon’ble MPs (constituted by the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs) visits hold discussions internally. Its meetings and the minutes thereof are not open/accessible to public.

As per the Railway Board’s guidelines and instructions given from time to time.

Particulars of recipients of concessions, permits or authorizations granted by the Institute.

Details regardingconcessions to passengers are published every year in the Railway Time Tables.

Details in respect of the information, available to or held by it, reduced in an electronic form

Information relating to organisation, its evolution, passenger information, train information, availability of accommodation, status of tickets, internet booking of tickets are available on Central Railway website, www.cr.indianrailways.gov.in.

The particulars of facilities available to citizens for
obtaining information, including the working hours of a library
or reading room, if maintained for public use

The information relating to the facilities available to the rail users are disseminated through the Railway Time tables, Railway website (such as, www.indianrailways.gov.in  & www.cr.indianrailways.gov.in , and the facilitation centre.    The following methods are also adopted by the Railways for the dissemination of the information through
