C)    Achievements:

Ø  Expenditure Section:-          An amount of Rs. 1.38 Crore has been recovered from ON Account Bills of contractors during the month of January 2022 on account of deduction of penalty, bill charges, vetting charges etc.

 

Ø  Establishment Section:-      Pay sheets returned as OT & TA payment excess over budget are sent to division. Revised pay sheets with reduced OT & TA were passed by section during last weekend of the month.

 

Ø  Settlement Section:-            While verifying family pension of Mrs. Vanita J Nalawade, it was found that she is live in Juinagar and from rental agreement, job details of her were found out. Scrutiny of rental agreement has enabled to drop processing of family pension case saving Rs. 9000/- + DA there on every month.

 

Ø  Stock Verification:-  4 stock Sheets have been closed by effecting recovery of Rs. 38580/- oldest stock sheet pertains to year 2013-14.

 

Assistance Required from HQ:-

·         As against 9 sanctioned posts of ASVs only two posts of ASV are being operated. Vacancies of ASVs (7 posts) required to be filled up urgently for stock verification and witnessing of scarp sale.
