Accessibility Controls
Facility of sending salary details through SMS has been started in IPAS from this month. As per TRAI guidelines, one time consent is needed for availing SMS service. Employees who are not receiving SMS from IPAS need to send text message -

2) Mode of Grievance Registration-
Centralized Grievance Redressal Cell is started in Personnel Office. Employee can register their grievance through any of the following medium.

Through Grievances camp organized at various stations. |

Employee can personally contact to DRM/SUR between 17:00 to 18:00 hrs on every Wednesday & Thursday. |
