Constitution of Internal Complaint Committee, Central Railway, Pune division under THE POSH ACT 2013.

WELFARE ACTIVITIES:

vSubsidized Hostel :

One subsidized Hostel having 38 bedded capacity is managed on this Division in order to accommodate students who are children of Railway employees posted at wayside stations.The Hostel is situated at Shivajinagar.Good quality food is provided to the students residing in this hostel at subsidized rates based on the pay of the Railway employee.

vStaff Benefit Fund :

A Staff Benefit Fund Committee consisting of Sr. DPO as Chairman, DPO as Secretary and one representative of NRMU, CRMS, SC/ST Association and OBC Association each as Member is functional on the Division for sanctioning various grants to the employees as a welfare measure.

vRailway Institutes :

Railway Institutes are functioning at the following places:

Pune: Facilities for the sports like Badminton, Cricket and Table Tennis are available.   Tournaments in Cricket, Badminton and Table Tennis are also organized.

Ghorpadi: Facilities for the sports like Table Tennis, Chess, and Badminton are available.  Tournaments in Cricket, Badminton, Carom, Table Tennis, and Chess are organized by the Institute.  The Institute is also running a library having books on various subject as well as newspapers and magazines are also made available.

Miraj : Facilities for the sports like Badminton is available.

vHoliday Homes:

One Holiday Home at Mahabaleshwar exists on Pune division with 07 suites for non-gazatted railway employees.Similarly, Pune division does allotment of one suite in Holiday Home at Lonavla for non-gazatted staff.
