A Zonal Railway Users’ Consultative Committee ( ZRUCC) is functioning to give suggestion at Zonal level. Similarly, at divisional level a Divisional Railway Users’ Consultative Committee (DRUCC) is functioning.

Central Railways has not under taken any specific subsidy programme

Information relating to organisation, its evolution, passenger information, train information, availability of accommodation, status of tickets, internet booking of tickets are available on Central Railway website.
