100 Summer Special Trains by Central Railway - Bookings for trains leaving Mumbai and Pune open on special charges from 28.3.2019

100 Summer Special Trains by Central Railway

 

Central Railway will run 100 summer special trains to clear the extra rush of passengers during summer 2019. These special trains will run o­n special charges between Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus / Lokmanya Tilak Terminus / Pune and Gorakhpur/ Manduadih. The details are as under:

 

1) Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus-Gorakhpur Weekly Superfast Specials (26 trips)

Train No. 02009 Superfast weekly special will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus at 05.10 hrs o­n every Friday from 12.4.2019 to 5.7.2019 (13 trips) and will arrive Gorakhpur at 12.10 hrs next day. Train No. 02010 Superfast weekly special will leave Gorakhpur at 14.40 hrs o­n every Saturday from 13.4.2019 to 6.7.2019 (13 trips) and will arrive Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai at 20.25 hrs next day.

Halts: Dadar, Kalyan, Igatpuri, Manmad, Bhusaval, Burhanpur, Itarsi, Bhopal, Jhansi, Urai, Kanpur, Lucknow, Barabanki, Gonda and Basti

Composition: 11 Sleeper Class and 6 General Second Class coaches.

 

2) Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Manduadih weekly specials (24 trips)

Train No. 01025 weekly special will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 00.45 hrs o­n every Wednesday (Tuesday/Wednesday Midnight) from 17.4.2019 to 3.7.2019 (12 trips) and will arrive Manduadih at 04.45 hrs next day. Train No. 02046 weekly special will leave Manduadih at 06.30 hrs o­n every Thursday from 18.4.2019 to 4.7.2019 (12 trips) and will arrive Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 07.30 hrs next day.

Halts:Kalyan, Igatpuri, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Allahabad and Gyanpur

Composition: 13 AC-3 Tier coaches

 

3) Pune- Gorakhpur weekly specials (26 trips)

Train No. 01475 weekly special will Puneat 19.55 hrs o­n every Sunday from 7.4.2019 to 30.6.2019 (13 trips) and will arrive Gorakhpur at 04.30 hrs third day. Train No. 01476 weekly special will leave Gorakhpur at 07.25 hrs o­n every Tuesday from 9.4.2019 to 2.7.2019 (13 trips) and will arrive Pune at 17.00 hrs next day.

Halts:Daund, Ahmadnagar, Belapur, Kopargaon, Manmad, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Bhopal, Bina, Jhansi, Urai, Kanpur, Barabanki, Gonda and Basti

Composition: 12 Sleeper class and 5 General Second Class

 

4) Pune- Manduadih weekly specials (24)

Train No. 01497 weekly special will Puneat 21.30 hrs o­n every Thursday from 11.4.2019 to 27.6.2019 (12 trips) and will arrive Manduadih at 03.25 hrs third day. Train No. 01498 weekly special will leave Manduadih at 04.45 hrs o­n every Saturday from 13.4.2019 to 29.6.2019 (12 trips) and will arrive Pune at 12.00 hrs next day.

Halts:Daund, Ahmadnagar, Belapur, Kopargaon, Manmad, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Allahabad and Gyanpur

Composition: 12 Sleeper Class and 5 General Second Class

 

Reservation: Summer special trains o­n special charges leaving Lokmanya Tilak Terminus, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus and Pune will commence from 28.3.2019at all PRS locations and o­n website www.irctc.co.in.

General second class coaches of all the Summer Specials will run as unreserved coaches and can be booked through UTS system.
