Extension of Festival Special Trains


Railways have decided to extend the run of following festival special trains as per details given below:


1.05017 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Gorakhpur daily special extended up to 02.01.2021

2.05018 Gorakhpur – Lokmanya Tilak Terminus daily special extended up to 31.12.2020

3.05101 Chhapra – Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai weekly special (on every Tuesday) extended up to 29.12.2020

4.02598 Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai – Gorakhpur weekly (on every Wednesday) extended up to 30.12.2020

5.05029 Gorakhpur – Pune weekly special (on every Thursday) extended up to 31.12.2020

6.05030 Pune – Gorakhpur special extended up to 02.01.2021

7.02811 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Hatia weekly special (on every Sunday) extended up to 27.12.2020

8.02812 Hatia – Lokmanya Tilak Terminus weekly special (on every Friday) extended up to 25.12.2020

9.02818 Pune – Santragachi weekly special (on every Monday) extended up to 28.12.2020

10.02817 Santragachi – Pune weekly special (on every Saturday) extended up to 26.12.2020


There is no change in composition or days of services of above trains.

RESERVATION: Bookings for the extended trips of fully reserved festival special trains No. 05017, 02598 and 05030 will open o­n 01.12.2020 and for trains No. 02811 and 02818 will open 2.12.2020 o­n special charges at all computerised reservation centres and o­n website


Only passengers having confirmed tickets permitted to board these special trains.

Passengers advised to adhere all norms, SOPs related to COVID19 during the boarding, travel and at destination.
