MEETING WITH GENERAL MANAGER FOR GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
The current procedure laid down for meeting the General Manager has been specified in website cr.indianrailways.gov.inunder subhead “Meeting with General Manager” in Head “Contact Us”.To further streamline and strengthen the existing system and to ensure timely response and proper attention/redressal at appropriate level of various grievances of the public, the following category of representatives,if they want to discuss any suggestion/grievancecan meet GM/AGM/DGMon Tuesday between 14:30hrs to 18:00 hrs.
i.Elected Public representatives.
ii.Members of ZRUCC/DRUCC/SRUCC.
iii.Representatives of Chamber of Commerce/TradeAssociations.
iv.Representatives of Passenger Associations.
