Store Department of the Division is headed by Shri S.R. Shelke- DMM(DO)/ Bhusaval.

AMBIT OF RESPONSIBILITY: DMM is monitoring the indenting & supply of all types of Uniforms, Stationery items, Books & forms, Sanitary items to entire division, as well as HSD oil for non-loco purpose & Kerosene oil to road side stations, depots & yards. He purchase small value Stock/non-stock items for all departments, including Spot Purchase of various items for BSL division. DMM is co-ordinating with Sr. DEN (Co) & Sr. DME BSL for mobilization of scraps i.e. P. Way & CRS over BSL division.
LOCAL PURCHASE:Local purchases are resorted for non-stock items valued up to ` 1,00,000/- in each case by calling bulletins tenders. An Imprest of ` 30,000/- for procurement of stores is in operation
DIVISIONAL STATIONERY CELL: This cell is dealing with Indenting, procurement, stocking and supply of all type of Stationery and Books & Forms to entire division including procurement of non-stock items required by the Division. Consolidated annual requirements of HSD oil and Kerosene oil of all the departments are sent to COS/CSTM for procurement by this section.
UNIFORM CELL: Responsibility of timely submission of Uniform indents to Dy CMM/G/CRD and collection/distribution of Uniforms lies with this section. The cut cloth for Pugree, Boiler suit etc. is collected and distributed to the Ladies Welfare Centers of Bhusawal for stitching purpose.
DIVISIONAL STORES DEPOT: This Depot is managing the Receipts, Inspection, Accountal and disposal of the materials purchased locally. Collection of cleanliness items from General Depot CRD and distribution of these items to entire division is arranged through this depot. Underground tanks for HSD oil and Kerosene oil installed by M/s BPCL (20,000Ltrs each) are available in this depot to cater the requirements of divisional consignees.

SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT:Local purchase module of MMIS have been implemented from 01/08/2010 as per directives from Railway Board vide letter No. 97/RS(G)/779/16 dt 27/04/2010. Information about local purchase tenders and supply orders is regularly uploaded and updated on Railways Website.
