AMBIT OF RESPONSIBILITY: Sr. DMM & ADMM are monitoring the indenting and supply on various stock items (i.e. various stationery items, Uniforms, and consumables to entire division.). As well as monitoring the procurement of Stock/Non-stock items and service contract through IREPS & GeM. Also monitoring mobilisation and sale through e-auction of P. Way, CRS and other scrap.
DIVISIONAL PROCUREMENT CELL: Procurement of various Stock/Non- stock items required by all the departments of the division is being done through IREPS/GeM by this cell. This cell is also dealing with service contracts through GeM.
DIVISIONAL STATIONERY CELL: This cell is dealing with Indenting, procurement, stocking, supply and accountal of all type of Stationery and Books & Forms to entire division including procurement of non-stock stationery items required by the Division.
UNIFORM CELL: Responsibility of timely submission of safety items indents to Dy CMM/G/CRD and collection/distribution of the same lies with this section.
DIVISIONAL STORES DEPOT: This Depot is managing the Receipts, Inspection, accountal and disposal of the materials purchased locally through stock/non-stock demands. All the general nature items viz. Paints, hardware, electric accessories, cleaning & sanitation items, safety gears for staff, safety & passenger amenity items are stocked in this depot.
WAGON DEPOT: This depot is handling stock items required for mechanical and Elect.(TRD) department for all the consignees of Central Railway.
SCRAP DISPOSAL: This division is dealing with mobilisation and disposal of P. Way scrap, CRS scrap and other scrap, as well as disposal of abandoned quarters & service buildings.
DIGITAL PLATFORMS: Following Digital Platforms have been implemented successfully and are in use.
1)Procurement relates works-- IREPS.
2)Internal transaction of Materials-- UDM, IMMIS.
3)E- auction-- IREPS e- auction.
