1.                                             LAND MANAGEMENT & BUILDINGS: 

Commercial usage of land & earnings from land:-

EARNING (in Lakhs)













Land Plans Digitations:-


The land plans of entire division are scanned, converted in Auto Cad drawing & uploaded in TMS website, as desired by Railway Board. Now, for checking authenticity, contract has been awarded on 25.04.2018, to M/s Indits InfoTech Services, Nagpur. So far, 455 Kms out of 981 Kms have been digitized, (i. e. approx 46 % progress has been achieved)

Building construction & Service Building:- 

  1. Ahmednagar - 3-bay cover over platform No.1 & 2, improvement to facade of station

building & 2nd entry

2.DD- Improvements to platform surface, water stands, waitng room, toilet.

3.BAP-Improvement to goods shed circulating area, approach road and platform wall.

4.Repairs to staff quarters from KUI-WD by plastering, flooring, leakage, replacement of

door, window and pipe line.

5. Replacement of K type Qtrs i.e. K-5(A-E) 5 units, K-3(AB) 2 units @ RRI K-4(AB) 4

units @ Srigonda by modified RB-II Qtrs

 Passenger Amenities:-

Following Passenger Amenities work were completed during the year 2018-19


1.Modification to FOB and augmentation to power supply for provision of passenger

lift/escalator at SUR & GR.

2. ARAG-Provision of High level Platform and COP on KWV-MRJ section.

3. Repairs to parking area at GR and Wadi.

4. DD station Improvements to platform surface, water stands, waiting room, toilet.

5. Improvement to PF surface, approach road and circulating area of way side station in ANG-

MMR section. (VBR, RRI, PDGN, BAP,YL)

6. Provision of Butterfly shed at way side stations on DD-MMR section.

7. Provision of Toilets and Urinal Facility on PF of station for Divyang people on DD-MMR

section and DD-WD section.

8. Daund -Upgradation and improvement of carriage watering as per CAMTECH design.

9. Sainagar Shirdi - Cover over platform No.1&2 with seating arrangement, 3-seater benches,

coach guidance system.

10. Provision of 6m wide FOB at SNSI with 2 lifts.

11. Improvement to A1 category station (SUR) to provide suitable passenger amenities.

12. Renovation of AC waiting Room at SUR Station.

13. Provision of 2 Nos. Escalator on Passenger Platform at SUR Station.

14. Redevelopment of SUR station alongwith circulating area completed.

15. PF extension work for 24 coaches at LUR, BTW, UMD & YL completed.
