The training is the fundamental basis to enhance the efficiency of our organization and develop the right aptitude with definite mode of motivation and increase in sense of responsibility, devotion and dedication towards duty by making the subject interesting, job oriented effective and the art lies with the instructor.
With the increasing competition from other modes of transport the airways, waterways, roadways including metro and mono railways it is of utmost importance that we remain serious in the business of transportation and as well serve the nation as service industry vis-à-vis transport industry.
Therefore, every trainee is asked at the beginning what is the expectation regarding the course they are going to attend and comprehensive feedback is taken from trainees evaluating the trainer, training facilities, and shortcomings for improvement.
Let us serve with a smile.
