Role of Chief Electrical Engineer/ Operating

The Chief Electrical Engineer/ Operating  is the technical head of Operation of Electric & Diesel locomotive in Central Railway, Maintenance & upkeep of Running Room, Crew Lobbies, Trip sheds at BB, BSL, NGP, PA & SUR divisions. He keep watch on all types of unusual happening in train operation and prepare statistics related to Locomotives and Crew. He is responsible for Implementation of GR & SR paras related to Asstt. Loco Pilots, Loco Pilots, Locos Pilot Shunting & Motorman related to working of train and Training of Asstt. Loco Pilot/Loco Pilot/Loco Pilot Shunting/Motorman in DTC & ZRTI/BSL.
