1. Controlling of Wagon ineffective:

The average wagon ineffective during the year(Apr-Dec) is 1.13%, which is 23% improvement over the last year?s proportionate average of 1.47%.

2. Wagon condemnation:

During the year (Apr to Dec), 511.5 FWU have been condemned against the proportionate target of 312 (FWU) i.e.64% more.

3. Train parting in the division:

Total 05 train parting in the division since April?2010 against the target of 9. This is possible due to rigorous attention to coupling arrangement
of the wagons during yard examination and ROH.

4. Training of WDG4/WDP4 GM locos:

Total 56 LP/ALP
have been trained at DTC/BSL for
WDG4/WDP4 GM locos. 

5. Examination of Millennium specials trains-

During Apr?10 to Dec?10, total 269 Nos. of ?Millennium specials trains? have been intensively examined and issued BPC of 3500 Km (or 10 days) validity by the division i.e. 10% more than the last year. Recently Bhusawal division has started issuing enhanced BPC of 4500 Kms. (or 10 days) validity.

DETAILS of tenders awarded by Mechanical Deptt costing more than Rs.1 Cr. during the year 2010-11 ? NIL & bills are updated regularly.
