11.0 Reply of Public Complaints/Grievances: | | Time limit for Redressal of complaints received through CPGRAMS is 21 days as fixed by Department of Public Grievances (DOAR & PG). However, Railway Administration Would Ordinarily reply to the complaint within 3 days, where detailed enquiries are not required to be made and within 21 days in case of complaints where detailed enquiries are warranted. | |
