Performance of the Coaching Department | - 100 percent adoption of LEDs in coaching works has been completed.
| - Conversion of Non-HOG into HOG compliance coaches completed.
| - Shifting of Mobile charging switch from under frame to panel in Non-AC LHB coaches. (As per RDSO Letter No. EL/7.1.108/355 dtd.19.08.2021) Cumulative 623 Coaches done out of 625 coaches.
| - Provision of isolating contactors (NET-1/NET-2) modification complete in 105 LHB Power Cars.
| - To avoid any kind of spark during run in Luggage light modification work completed in Total 111 Nos. Power Cars & LSLRD.
| - BB Division is successfully running 38 trains with HOG and RAJDHANI EXPRESS is running with Push-Pull compliance.

| - BB Division is successfully maintaining the rake of VANDE BHARAT EXPRESS (CSMT-SNSI) & (CSMT-SUR) which inaugurated by Prime Minister of India on 10.02.2023.

Innovation- Provision of safety chain to ZS coupler with steel rope and S-hook, being done with in-house material and bare minimum cost in all LHB coaches. (Non-power car and non LSLRD coaches, which were done already) Cumulative 1158 Coaches done out of 1336 coaches.
