1. ROH Depot/BSL is a major depot having covered with all required infrastructural facilities and M&Ps., ROH Depot BSL has been able to accept the diversification in ROH of all types of air brakes wagons. The present Rly. Bd’s  ROH target for the division is 588 wagons./Month.

2. Freight train examination Yard/Bhusawal is one of the major goods train examination “A” class yard in Indian Railway in which 12 examination lines are available for intensive examination of freight trains. Most of the rakes offered are of BOXN, BCN, BTPN wagons which are intensively examined and issued BPC either as Premium (with 12+3 days validity) or Close Circuit rakes (with 7500Km./35 days validity). Besides, rolling in examination and axle box feeling is also being ensured for terminating trains,  as well as By Pass freight trains.

3. Besides above, there is close monitoring to control the wagon ineffective in the division by quick releasing the out of course repairs wagons. On an average 700 wagons/month are attended in Unification Siding & in Yard and released for Traffic.

4. Panewadi is one of the significant earning point in the division where more than 100 BTPN rakes are being loaded per month. Commercial fitness of these BTPN rakes offered for loading at Panewadi Depot is being carried out itself at the gantry siding. This has resulted in reducing movement of loads to Bhusaval for certification and resulted in considerable savings to Rlys. 

5. KNW and BD - En-route C&W attention, maintenance of  tower wagons,  Attending Minor breakdown activities.  Rolling in examination and axle box feeling of UP freight trains at BD and KNW
