Criteria for changes in the constitution
The opinion of Law Officer is obtained in case of following changes;
- Proprietary partnership and vice versa.
- Proprietary partnership to Limited Company or vice-versa.
Mergers is approved only after Tripartite agreement is signed between the originally registered firm, the firm into which it is registered and the Railway.
The registration of firm which is merged with another firm, will automatically gets transferred along with the grade of other firm. The normal conditions of ITCC & Banker’s certificate, etc would be essential.
