If you have noticed any malpractice/corruption in any aspect of Railway Working or have a suggestion to prevent/minimize malpractices, please inform us.
If you, as a general public or Rail user or Railway employee, come across any Railway Staff demanding bribe or indulging in any other corrupt practice, you may please intimate the same at once to the following Telephone numbers of Vigilance Department, Central Railway, Mumbai CSMT, for necessary action.
For Complaints pertaining to Bribery & Corruption call "139"
Complaints relating to the matter of corruption only should be addressed to Vigilance department.
Redressal of grievances should not be the focus of the complaints made to the Vigilance department.
