- Stores procurement & tenders Works is being done through online IREPS/IMMS/UDM websites.
| - All internal Depots, Divisional, HQ and other department letters are processed through E-Office/E-mail.
| - All data related to SG/LHB coaches, Pantry Cars, Power Cars and all rakes are being maintained in Computers as well as in Google sheet.
| - All drives reports are maintain in Google sheet, also feeding all data by Rake Engineer in Google sheet.
| - Daily Rake Examination data feed in CMM portal and report generated online in PDF format by Rake Engineer.
| - Sanction of TA & OTA and all correspondence is processed through e-Office only.
| - All PCDO/MCDO work maintain in computers.
| - One IT Center lab situated at LTT depot.
