·ROH outturn: -

The ROH outturn of 466 wagons was achieved during the month of Oct’23,. Cumulative ROH outturn is 3092 Wagons for the year 2023-24.


·Freight train examination: -

During the month Oct’23, as per the requirement of Traffic, the Goods trains were intensively examined to facilitate easy traffic and improving the earning, a total of 330 trains [including Premium & C.C.Rakes with 7500Km. / 10000Km. validity] were intensively examined and cumulative figure is 1677 trains. Total 4238 wagons (One of the highest figures) were made fit on train and avoid the sick detention in the division.


·Controlling of Sick Balance: -

The wagon ineffective during the month Oct’23 was 1.23% on Mechanical sick account.


·Certification of BTPN load at PNV: -

During the month Oct’23, total 102 BTPN rakes were loaded at PNV. The cumulative figure during the current year is 737 BTPN Rakes. This was possible only due to immediate commercial fitness of rakes for loading of POL at PNV and reduction in time taken for readiness after loading. Also, 1676 BTPN wagons were given MS fit.


·Scrap disposal: -

Total 1069.594 MT scrap has been disposed. Also, 68 wagons and 26 coaches are condemned during the year (till Oct’23), ultimately increasing the revenue earning of the Railways.


·Examination of NMG rakes: -

During the month Oct’23, total 4 NMG rakes have been examined. The cumulative figure during the current year is 73 rakes.

    

·Examination of Millennium/(VPs) trains: -

During the Month Oct’23, total 9 Millennium train were examined.The cumulative figure during the current year is 103 trains.


·Examination of MEMU trains:

Total 34 trip schedules, 03 IA schedule and 02 IC schedules have been carried out to maintain the safe running of MEMU train service during Oct’23.

·Fuel economy measure:

By close monitoring through REMMLOT as well as by attentive efforts by Power controller, total 846 Nos. DSL locos were shutdown in idling hours resulting into a saving of Rs 2.09 Cr. (Approx).


·   Online Monitoring Rolling Stock (OMRS)

OMRS consist of Acoustic bearing fault detector and Wheel Condition Monitor. One OMRS was sanctioned for BSL division. The system is installed between WDD – MKU (SEG – BSL) on UP main line on 497/1-3 Kms & Testing of online monitoring of Rolling Stock was carried out on 14.11.2019. also 01 other system is installed between MKU-WDD (BSL - SEG) on DN main line on 497/42  Kms. & Testing of online monitoring of Rolling Stock was carried out on 15.11.2021

 

·    EnHM Wing :

EnHM Wing has been awarded with Zonal Efficiency Shield three times in CR.

Eco Smart Stations : Renewal of ISO:14001 Certification for 12 stations (Bhusawal, Nasik Road, Manmad, Jalgaon, Chalisgaon, Malkapur, Shegaon, Akola, Badnera, Amravati, Burhanpur & Khandwa) is under process

Consent to Establish Certification for all 12 Eco smart stations has been done &

CTO Obtained for 07 station ( Bhusava;, Jalgaon, Chalisgaon, Akola, Amravati, Badnera , Malkapur)  and  CTO Renewal  for 03 stations (Manmad, Nashik, & Shegaon) is under progress at MPCB end.

Fresh application for CTO of KNW station has been made again on MPPCB portal online & BAU stations rejected due to STP not yet to be commissioned.

Sewage Treatment Plant in operation  : 400 KLD capacity in ZRTI / BSL , 4000 KLD capacity in BSL and 500 KLD capacity in MMR, 200 KLD capacity in NKRD, 500 KLD capacity in KNW, 500 KLD capacity in AK & 500 KLD capacity in AMI .

       Total plantation in the year 2023-24 : 2105 Plants

 

       ·     Heritage Gallery :

Inaugurated the Heritage Gallerynear ATTS (Traffic Training School) open for public from 28.01.2022 for the coming generation to know and understand the history of railways to preserve the old heritage of railways. Where old heritage items of railways are systematically displayed including 01 toy train, Concept Model of Various Trains over Indian Railways, Heritage Dinette, Heritage Steam Engine & Coach etc.
