1) As against Rs.7.15 Crs bills raised towards revision of LLF of sidings for the period of 5 years Rs. 6.73 Crs realized from siding owners.Rs 5.61 Crs maintenance charges of siding realized. Rs. 4.89 Crs towards maintenance charges of ROB has been realized besides Rs. 2.43Crs staff charges & Rs. 0.63 Crs level crossing maintenance charges recovered.

2) Total 27 NFR contracts awarded on division for which Rs. 1.20 Crs revenue collected.

3) Cumulative value of scrap sale Rs. 62.46 Crs we have crossed the target of 59.94 Crs

4) More than 3 years old EMD suspense balance of Rs. 42,91,211/- sent to HQ. for transfer to earning .

5) Rs. 809761/- against OLD FDR lying unclaimed since long, now transferred to Railway earnings.

6) Against NPS outstanding of Rs.39 Lakhs, 11 Lakhs has been cleared through supplementary uploading of NPS subscribers contribution data.

7) Total No of conversion from NPS to OPS Employees are 184, out of which43 Employees data along with PF interest has been uploaded in IPAS.

8) An amount of Rs. 21.16 Lakhs is recovered from Bank of Maharashtra and Rs. 8.34 Lakhs recovered from Punjab National Bank in February 2022, against excess pension paid to Pensioner.


1) Developed in-house pension monitoring system: Through this system we can monitor pension discrepancies like excess pension, less pension, mismatch in FMA, commutation paid beyond recovery period, commutation stopped before attaining the date etc.

2) Developed in-house covid vaccination monitoring system for employees and their wards to monitor statistics of does taken/ does due, reasons for not taking doses facility provided to upload vaccination certificate.

3) As per instruction of DRM Madam and Sr. DFM Sir. designed in-house e-Zalak dashboard for Nagpur Division (All departments) in Google data studio by which we can monitor / Analyses all the important statistics of any  department for the given period /year / month. 4) As per instruction of DRM Madam and Sr. DFM Sir, developed in-house gross happiness index for running room and saved laved lakh of rupees by which we can monitor multiple aspects of RR facilities provided by RR (contractor) based on simple feedback form to be filled by users (LIs) site is hosted on ( /happy)

5) As per instruction of DRM Madam and Sr. DFM Sir, developed in-house grievance redressal system for running staff and saved lakh of rupees by which grievances of running staff can be monitored and attended on utmost priority by concerned officials site is hosted on ( /grs)

Milestones-Good work, System improvement, innovations etc.

1. To keep the moral of staff attending office during COVID -19 lock down, in 2 nd wave of Delta and Omicron regular counseling for precautions to contain infection was monitored providing necessary equipments and medication, regular up keep of hygienic was ensured daily during entire lock down period which was not only restricted spreading of infection among staff but also gave them courage to fight in such demanding time keeping them fit and healthy. Continuous monitoring of daily position of Covid patients and providing necessary assistance to individual staffs on demand was also ensured while maintaining office premises hygienic and healthy.

2. A time bound payment to tie-up hospitals for reimbursement cases of staff has also been ensured to avoid hardships to both parties during testing time of Covid . saving of Medical Tie-up Hospital bills is Rs. 1.32 Cr.

3. Ladies room and recreation room is provided to give relaxation to ladies and staff in need creating stress free healthy atmosphere amongst staff.
