CHIEF ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION ENGINEER(CEDE)
The Chief Electrical Distribution Engineer is the technical head of the Electrical Traction Distribution system. He looks after all the activities of planning, maintenance ,operation & Periodic overhauling of traction distribution assets .He acts as the coordinating officer for ensuring effective operation, maintenance, punctuality pertaining to 25KV AC.
He is coordinating with MRVC, RVNL,DFCCIL,Project of RE organisation for Railway Electrification. He is coordinating with state Electricity Boards, regulatory Authorities for power supply arrangements for Railways and Energy management under open access.
